As property managers of a 43-unit condominium building in downtown Madison, we have hired A&J twice and were extremely happy both times. In both cases it was for moderate to severe water damage on the ground floor our building, and their super quick response times were very appreciated. They really are available 24/7 and even late at night their team was friendly and on the ball. They showed up completely prepared with great equipment, professional technicians, and a plan of action to fix the damage and quickly and effectively as possible.
We unfortunately had water in our basement this spring from a faulty sump pump and A&J did a great job with the restoration. Called them at about 6:30pm on a Sunday and within a hour or so they were at our house. Stayed until the main clean up was complete which was after 11 pm that night and came by daily until everything was dry. My wife and I were impressed by there friendliness, knowledge, and skill. Hopefully we don't need them again, but I would recommend them highly if you ever have flood damage. Good job guys.
Really disappointed with them having to re schedule for the second time. They called me to reschedule me on monday the day before they were supposed to come, then on friday i waited all morning and they didnt show up called and they forgot/misread the schedule so all they could do was reschedule again until next week.
Im trying to get mold out of my basement.
